Mike's an active supporter of the March of Dimes, Connecticut Breast Health Initiative, Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, Red Cross and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. He's an Honorary Captain in the 2nd Company Governor’s Footguard and participant in the fundraising efforts of the Connecticut Street Rodders’s Association. He's also an accomplished Chef specializing in South Western, Tex-Mex, Cajun and Barbecue Cuisine who can talk your ear off if you get him started on the topic of food and spices!

Kim Zachary has returned to The Big D after nearly two decades in Springfield...because there's no place like home. Born and raised in Avon, Kim is a UConn grad who landed her first radio job as a reporter in Western Mass. Within 3 years, she was back in CT working here on the Big D! After a few side ventures Kim headed back to MA where she met her husband and they worked as a morning radio team for 17 years. After a short foray into television, Kim is back on DRC-FM Morning and she couldn't be happier! Kim is an active supporter of the Jimmy Fund and co-creator of Katelynn's Ride, a family cycling event in the fight against cancer. She has earned a lifetime achievement award from the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, a Visionary award from the Jimmy Fund Council, several broadcasting awards, and recognition for her pregnancy blog. Kim is mom to one beautiful daughter and four rescue dogs. She and her family live in Somers.
Our ace traffic reporter has been heard doing traffic and news reports up and down the East Coast from Maine to New York City. Born and raised in New Jersey, she began her career as a traffic reporter and weekend news anchor with a group of stations in the woods of Northeast New Jersey. She finally landed a spot with the(Mike and Kim in the Morning / Brad Davis Radio Program) fulfilling a long time dream of being part of a successful morning show. A few of her favorite things include superheroes, home improvement shows, vampires and witches. Cindy and her husband Chris are the proud parents of an adorable rescue dog named Charlie.
